Edward L. Flom

Edward L. Flom is the current President and Managing Member of Flom Equities, LLC., a Florida Real Estate Brokerage Corporation which specializes in private investment acquisitions and devising marketing strategies in building team sales structures for the dispensation of 200+ multifamily residential unit developments. Since 1999, Mr. Flom has been the Regional Sales Manager for Crescent Heights of America, one of the nation's leading condominium corporations and winner of the 2006 National Association of Realtors Multifamily Developer of the Year Award. In this capacity, Mr. Flom was primarily responsible for overall strategy decisions, advertising style and content, marketing and sales execution, and the coordination with financial institutions for end product financing.  From 1984 until 1999, Mr. Flom was a General Partner for Belden-Flom Properties, Inc., a Real Estate Development Corporation with completed commercial projects in South Tampa and Ybor City including condominium units, commercial strip centers, build to suit office projects and build to suit restaurant and entertainment venues. In that capacity, Mr. Flom was directly responsible for project feasibilty studies and all financial management strategies.

Eddie Flom graduated from Jesuit High School in Tampa, Florida in 1974 and was a four year letterman and All County basketball player.
He graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1978 with a BSBA in Business Administration and played basketball on the freshmen team at Chapel Hill. In 1980, Mr. Flom moved to Geneva, Switzerland to successfully pursue a masters degree in Human Relations from Webster College which he received in 1981. As a young man, he was able to travel the world extensively and held jobs in locations as diverse as Capetown, South Africa and Hong Kong, China. Mr. Flom returned to the United States in 1984 to begin his career in real estate development and raise a family. From 1997 to 2006, he was the head assistant basketball coach at Plant High School and served proudly as the "Voice of the Panthers" for the very successful football program.  

For the past twenty years, Mr. Flom has read and written about spiritual traditions and possesses a strong scholastic background on Buddhist practices and the history of Christianity. Since 2006, he has solely devoted his research to Christian theological topics with a particular emphasis on the life and times of Jesus Christ of Nazareth. In the past six months, he has further concentrated his readings and research to the events that occurred in the year 33AD including the crucifixion and resurrection of the itinerant Jewish Rabbi, Jesus Christ, and the purported post resurrection sightings of the risen Christ and the subsequent birth of the Christian Church.

Mr. Flom is the proud father of two young men, Taylor (23) and Chandler(19), who are currently matriculating at St.Petersburg College. He currently divides his time between his condominium home in North Clearwater Beach and a family farm in Glenville, North Carolina and has transitioned full time into the writing vocation while keeping a close eye on those two young men.
